Christina Blaszczak is a seasoned senior finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in global investment banking and financial services. Known for driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and building high-performing global teams, Christina has consistently delivered transformative results across business finance, revenue and balance sheet reporting, and operational risk functions.

Prior to joining Innovative Solutions Group, Christina served as Managing Director of Business Finance at UBS where she played a critical role in establishing her division’s strategic planning and forecasting process supporting annual revenues of over $500m. She also designed and implemented a robust control model that enhanced the transparency and auditability of financial data, while providing decisive support for board-level decision-making and regulatory reporting. Her ability to lead complex deal analyses and deliver actionable insights positioned her as a key advisor to senior executives.

Christina’s global leadership spans ten international markets, where she has overseen teams of over 200 professionals. She has successfully led firm-wide initiatives including the post-acquisition integration of investment banking operations, adoption of IFRS accounting standards, and major systems rationalization efforts. Her leadership has been especially impactful during periods of market disruption, where she delivered critical analytics to inform executive decisions in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Outside of her corporate career, Christina is an engaged community leader. She has served on the Advisory Board for NC State University’s Poole College of Management and actively volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House of Durham and Wake County and Saint Francis United Methodist Church. She holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University and maintains her FINRA Series 99 certification.
