An accomplished finance and business strategist, Andrew Harris brings over two decades of leadership experience within Fortune 500 companies and public accounting. His career is marked by a series of high-impact roles, including Managing Partner at Innovative Solutions Group, Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse AG, and various senior positions at Duke Energy and other prestigious organizations.

In his current role at Innovative Solutions Group, Andrew provides expert financial, accounting, risk management, and strategic consultancy, consistently delivering exceptional results to his clients. During his tenure at Credit Suisse AG, he managed the financial operations and controls of the Global Credit Risk organization, driving the achievement of financial objectives through cost and decision analysis, budgeting, financial forecasting, and robust reporting. He is recognized for turning around underperforming organizations, while also realizing substantial reductions in operating costs, and setting the “gold standard” for team performance and development.

At Duke Energy, Andrew held pivotal roles, such as Manager of Metrics & Analysis, Manager of Business Performance & Planning, and Financial Controller. He excelled in driving operational and financial performance improvements, strategic planning, and performance accountability through comprehensive metric overhaul and implementation of dashboards and scorecards. His leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives has resulted in sustained performance improvement across multiple organizations.

Andrew’s academic credentials include an MBA from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a certified CPA in North Carolina (inactive) and California (inactive).
