Aubrey Perkinson is a strategic finance professional with over six years of expertise in aligning financial discipline, organizational structure, and operational execution to help clients realize sustainable value and long-term growth. She partners with organizations navigating complex change to transform potential into performance. Over her career at major global financial institutions, including roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, Aubrey has led enterprise-scale post-merger integrations and large transformation efforts. She established the financial management and reporting function for the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Non-Core & Legacy business, established KPI frameworks, and crafted organizational design and control structures tailored to business needs. She also managed budgets in excess of one hundred million and oversaw cross- functional reorganizations affecting hundreds of staff across diverse units — delivering clarity, rigor, and stability during periods of elevated risk and change. Aubrey holds an MBA and a Certificate in Business Leadership from NC State’s Jenkins Graduate School of Management, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from NC State’s Poole College of Management, where she graduated as valedictorian.
